BEEF LASAGNE
Each serving contains
1. Calories

Ingredients
1. 62 g lean minced beef
2. 1/2 onion
3. 1 clove of garlic, fresh
4. 75 g mushrooms
5. 1 chopped tomatoes, tinned
6. 1 tsp of tomato puree
7. 1/2 tsp of mixed herbs
8. 2 tbsps of red wine
9. 2 tsps of margarine, reduced fat (40% fat)
10. 120 ml milk, semi-skimmed
11. 1 tsp of parmesan cheese
12. 25 g low fat cheddar cheese
13. 2 tbsps of yoghurt, low fat
14. 3 lasagne sheet
15. 2 tsps of plain flour

Cooking Instructions
1. 1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
2. Brown the minced beef in a saucepan in itâÂÂs own juices. Push the mince to one side of the pan and add the chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook in the meat juices. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and mixed herbs and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Add the red wine and cook for a further 5 minutes.
3. While the meat sauce is cooking make the white sauce.
4. Melt the margarine in a small saucepan at a medium heat and add the flour. Allow the flour to cook in the margarine for a couple of minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and slowly add the milk, stirring constantly. Return to the heat and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat immediately and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
5. In a small shallow baking dish, layer the meat sauce, cheese sauce and lasagne and top with the low fat yoghurt and grated low fat cheddar.
6. Cover in tin foil and bake in an oven for 30 minutes.
