Według Europe RE transakcja dotyczy hal magazynowych o łącznej powierzchni 70,5 tys. mkw. w Gądkach koło Poznania oraz w Grodzisku Mazowieckim niedaleko Warszawy. Umowę leasingu Raben podpisał na 10 lat.

W transakcji pośredniczyła firma doradcza z branży nieruchomości komercyjnych Jones Lang LaSalle.

Meinl European Real Estate, międzynarodowy fundusz nieruchomości, inwestujący i zarządzający centrami handlowym, zmienia nazwę na Atrium European Real Estate. W związku z tym powołany został nowy zarząd na szczeblu międzynarodowym. Prezesem nowego zarządu został Chaim Katzman, a stanowisko dyrektora generalnego objęła Rachel Lavine. Dyrektorem zarządzającym Atrium w Polsce jest Katarzyna Szewczuk.

Katarzyna Szewczuk karierę w branży nieruchomości rozpoczęła w firmie Jones Lang LaSalle. W 2002 r. objęła stanowisko dyrektora zarządzającego polskiego oddziału Europolis Investment Fund - funduszu inwestującego w nieruchomości w Europie Centralnej. Następnie pracowała w Globe Trade Center. Katarzyna Szewczuk jest absolwentką filologii francuskiej oraz hiszpańskiej Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego. Odbyła także roczne studia w Neuchatel w Szwajcarii i podyplomowe studia zarządzania na Akademii Ekonomicznej we Wrocławiu. Jej pasją jest narciarstwo, chodzenie po górach oraz kajakarstwo.

Pojawią się nowe formaty
W najbliższych latach nowoczesne centra handlowe we Wrocławiu będą powstawać jedno po drugim. W pierwszej połowie przyszłego roku klientów przywita zmodernizowany dom handlowy Renoma, gdzie z powierzchni całkowitej 100 tys. mkw. aż 40 tys. mkw. przypadnie na część handlową. Pod koniec 2008 r. na wrocławskim rynku pojawi się Galeria Strzegomska o powierzchni 25 tys. mkw., z 50 sklepami. Z kolei w 2009/2010 r. planowane jest ukończenie CH Idylla, które jest realizowane przez jednego z najsilniejszych graczy na polskim rynku, firmę Mayland Real Estate. Przy miejskiej obwodnicy, ul. Na Ostatnim Groszu, powstanie 50 tys. mkw. powierzchni handlowej, wzbogaconej o rozrywkę i kulturę. Z kolei już istniejące centra zapowiadają rozbudowę. Do 2010 r. o 30 tys. mkw. ma zostać rozbudowany Pasaż Grunwaldzki, a Magnolia Park prawdopodobnie powiększy się o kolejne 30–40 tys. mkw. powierzchni handlowej. Powiększona zostanie również Galeria Dominikańska oraz Factory Outlet. – Plany inwestycyjne w mieście ma firma Premium Red, która chce wiosną 2009 r. otworzyć centrum wyprzedażowe Outlet Village o powierzchni całkowitej 24 tys. mkw. – mówi Ewa Derlatka. – Ciekawą koncepcyjnie inwestycją będzie również „Wyspa” – kompleks handlowo-rozrywkowy o powierzchni 50 tys. mkw., który ma być zlokalizowany na odrzańskiej wyspie. Pierwszy na polskim rynku projekt typu „waterfront” realizowany jest przez Apsys, a jego otwarcie planowane jest na przełom 2009/2010 r. Pomimo że handel w stolicy Dolnego Śląska jest stosunkowo dobrze rozwinięty, to są jednak rejony miasta dotąd „niedoinwestowane”, jak chociażby północ Wrocławia, gdzie nowe obiekty na pewno zyskają klientów. W tej części miasta rozbudowie i renowacji poddane będzie CH Marino, a obok centrum Korona pojawi się park handlowy Helical. – Pojawią się również formaty, których dotychczas nie było w mieście, np. niewielki kameralny kompleks handlowy w zabudowaniach dawnego Browaru Piastowskiego – zauważa Patrycja Dzikowska z Jones Lang LaSalle. – W ostatnich latach umacnia się pozycja ulic handlowych, gdzie oprócz ul. Świdnickiej, zaniedbana wcześniej ul. Oławska staje się powoli atrakcyjnym miejscem dla najemców – zwłaszcza ze średniej i wyższej półki – uważa Dzikowska.
